Welcome to Palmetto Screen Print & Embroidery- a family-owned small business where creativity thrives! Meet our six-member team, where diverse talents blend seamlessly to craft solutions.

Different roles, same goal: creating the perfect, personalized solution for each valued customer.

Owner

Owner and resident girl-boss at Palmetto, Heather is the real behind-the-scenes superstar that runs the show and keeps us all busy. Fueled by an infinite supply of Celsius energy drinks, she is proactive, involved, and not afraid to get her hands dirty; from designing to printing, and everything in between, she really does a little bit of everything here. She puts her whole heart into the shop, her employees, and her customers, but her top priority is always her family. She loves being outside and spending time with her husband and 2 boys, Thompson and McClain. If you can’t find her up at the shop, there’s a good chance you’ll find her out back in her barn tending to one of her many farm animals, or out in her chicken coop talking to her chickens.

Owner

Owner, operator, and other-half alongside Heather, Mark is responsible for making sure the ship stays afloat and the business operations are cruising along at all times. He graduated from Clemson in 2008, and after a career change from agricultural sales, he discovered his true passion for entrepreneurship, and all things screen printing & embroidery. He enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with all of his customers. Outside of the shop, he enjoys working out, and spending time with his family in the woods or on the lake. He loves hunting and being outside, and during football season, you can find him cheering on his alma mater from the stands. Go Tigers!

Customer Service

She answers phone calls, greets customers, orders apparel, counts it in, counts it out, types invoices, and basically keeps us all in line (just to name a few things). It’s a wonder what all this woman can get done in a day— it’s almost like she’s a superhero or something. It’s no surprise either that Pam is an excellent cook, and enjoys challenging herself with new recipes all the time. She enjoys going camping and spending time with her husband, Dan, their children, and all 12(!) of their grandchildren. Pam’s friendly smile and warm personality keep the workplace a positive environment for all the employees, and continue to make the shop a welcoming place for customers.

Graphics

Before joining the team in February 2020 (talk about bad timing…), Paris was a stay-at-home Mom with her young twins, but she has always had a love for drawing, color, and all things creative. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brent, and their 3 little ones at home: twins Holden and Paisley, and 2-year old Ames. She enjoys crossword puzzles, trying new arts & crafts, being with her family, and loves the challenge of working on a new project everyday at work. If she doesn’t know how to do something, she dives in, learns it, and gets it done- her creativity is next leve!. Aside from the people, her favorite part of the job is that she can pop in her headphones and listen to a nice, “relaxing” true crime audiobook while she works.

Embroidery

Our talented embroidery superstar, Emily joined our crew in 2022, and did not take any time at all to fit right in! She does not stop until the job is done… but once it is, you’ll probably find her riding home with her windows down, blasting some early-2000’s rap hits in her car. Aside from embroidery, she is also an avid thrift-shopper and yard-saler. She is most happiest when she is spending time with her two young boys, Mason and Ryder, or perusing down the aisles of Hobby Lobby with a coffee in hand. Her favorite part of the job are her coworkers, and the friendships she’s made with each of them. Easy-going and always positive, Emily is always a light-hearted and fun person to be around and work alongside.

Screen Printing

The man, the myth, the legend. Kevin has been screen printing since he was 18, probably before you were even born. He’s always keeping us on our toes and laughing here with his jokes, singing skills, and exceptional cornbread-making expertise. When he’s not slinging ink, you can find him fishing, on the river, or anywhere outdoors. He enjoys cooking and trying new things. He’s also a big fan of 80’s-90’s hair metal and hard rock, and enjoys listening to some of his favorites from his vinyl record collection at home with his wife, Debra, and german shepherd, Zoey. He also enjoys his occasional visits up at the shop from the shop’s tiniest and cutest little helper, his granddaughter Riley.
